10 ideas for where to put the French Laundry’s temporary kitchen

Published Friday January 13

Thomas Keller is selling the temporary kitchen from the French Laundry, his excellent dining destination in Yountville. The workspace, a former shipping container, served as a

Stop-gap during the restaurant’s multi-million dollar renovation project which began in 2014 and will be completed in the coming weeks and months.

There’s no word on what nice of folks, if any, might be interested in the kitchen. It’s plausable that it might just end up in the hands of another high-end chef with Michelin-star dreams.

The again, what if it didn’t?

Scroll through the gallery and tell us in the comments where you’d like to see the kitchen next. And don’t say your house.

Article length: About 140 words.
