O ne of America’s most famed chefs, Thomas Keller trained in abundant Michelin-starred restaurants in France before returning to the US and purchasing The French Laundry in Yountville, CA in 1994. It remains one of the country’s most lauded restaurants and was followed in 2004 by the Central Park-facing Per Se in Brand new York. Today Keller’s restaurants and bakeries can also be found in Las Vegas and Beverley Hills, and the chef has recently collaborated with the luxury cruise line
